10 Years Settlement Applications

If you have completed 10 years continuous lawful residence in the UK, you may be entitled to apply for Indefinite leave to Remain (ILR) under the Long Residence Rule. Our specialist immigration solicitors are experts in immigration law and are on hand to assist.

(ILR) Applications

The '10 Years Settlement' application provides a path to permanent residence for people who hold or have held visas that do not necessarily lead to ILR, including visit and student visas.

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications can be made if you have been living legally in the UK for ten or more continuous years and have not been absent from the UK for more than 18 months over the ten years.

However, this is a complex area, and the government has strict requirements with a high refusal rate for migrants looking to obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Our team have an in-depth understanding of ILR requirements and treat matters with the highest professionalism and care.

We have a high success rate, and by instructing us, you can be confident that your application will stand the best chance of success.
