What are Searches and Enquiries?

We will make enquiries to find out more about the property you intend to purchase. Searches are conducted on the property to get this information. The top three primary searches are a local authority, water and drainage, and environmental. However, your property transaction may require more comprehensive examinations. Our conveyancing team are competent in carrying out extensive investigations and will collate all their findings in a full legal report for you.

What if my transaction falls through?

We operate on a no sale, no fee policy. Meaning if it doesn’t work out this time, we won’t charge you anything.

What is Exchange and Completion?

Exchange is the official exchange of contracts, making your property transaction legally binding. Completion is the day you get your keys! You will be required to pay your deposit on Exchange and the rest of the monies on Completion.

What are your fees?
