Student Visa Applications

Individuals who are looking to study in the UK can apply for a Student Visa so long as they fit the necessary criteria. This category of visa is only for those looking to study a full-time educational course in the UK. Our immigration team is highly experienced in dealing with these applications on behalf of prospective student entrants.

Applicant

An applicant will be expected to score the necessary points for the application and have an offer of a place on a course of studies and must meet the following criteria:

  • Have been offered a place at a UK higher education institution which is a Home-Office licensed Sponsor
  • Have a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) number from your UK educational institution
  • Meet minimum financial requirements to live, pay tuition, and cover expenses while in the UK
  • Have proof of English language proficiency (there are some exceptions)
