Harneet Manku is the Head of Business. She provides bespoke training to clients on a range of UK Immigration policies including right-to-work checks and Sponsor compliance. She is often instructed to assist with the preparation for Sponsor Licences, and Home Office compliance audits and carry out mock visits and advise on areas of improvement.
She is experienced in dealing with applications for high-net-worth individuals, investors, business development and talent visas such as start-up visas, innovator visas and global talent visas.

Harneet was trained as a solicitor by Mr Qamar-ur-Rehman, Deo Volente’s senior partner and founder. Here Harneet worked alongside Mr Rehman to assist with the development of the Immigration department of Rehman’s Solicitors.
After qualifying as a solicitor, she then went on to manage Deo Volente’s Immigration department in Luton and has worked in various roles as an Immigration Solicitor in and around the Midlands. Since July 2022, Harneet has returned to Deo Volente Solicitors. She is committed to the firm’s success and dedicated to providing a personalised approach for each of her clients.
