Lipa joined Deo Volente Solicitors in October 2019. Her demonstration of strong work ethics paved the way to achieve an impressive and diverse conveyancing experience.
Lipa Begum grew up in the bustling city of London. Torn between being a teacher, doctor, interior designer when she was young, Lipa eventually delved into law and qualified as a solicitor. She went to three different schools in London and Luton and studied Law at the University of Bedfordshire.
Her parents were her rock in every decision she made— her strength in bad times. She remembers how they went out of their way to secure the best for her future. They used to stay up with her to sit and study all night, providing her with the motivation and support as a family. Lipa believes that nothing worth having comes easy and that failure is part of life. This mantra helped her through life’s seasons to always push forward no matter what.
A Memorable Case
One notable case in mind is when her client’s money was not released for completion due to errors created by a third party. Her client had completed their sale earlier that day and had no home. Within one day, she managed to get a brand new mortgage offer issued and solved the case! This is just one example of how robust her dedication to her client is. She always goes beyond the client’s expectations!
Lipa trained in all residential conveyancing matters such as residential sales and purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages. She is known as the ideal worker who ensures that any matter is dealt with efficiently and smoothly throughout the process. She is a work in progress, gaining experiences from the most complex transactions. She is grateful to her teammates at DV for guiding her to become the excellent solicitor that she is today.
She likes to enjoy a range of activities from colouring and drawing, online shopping, and interior designing in her free time.
